Analytics

So, you've got your website designed and built. You've also got your marketing program up and running and it's starting to drive traffic. What now?

Google Analytics

Website analytics, (or 'stats' or 'tracking') can help you understand who's visiting your site, where they came from and what they're doing when they get there. Used correctly, web analytics tools can help you develop and refine your website: identifying problem areas and identifying new opportunities.

As standard we will install Google Analytics tracking code on all websites we build. That's the easy bit. We'll also help you with the more difficult task of interpreting what comes out.

Google Analytics is a free yet extremely powerful tool. It can show you, for example, the keywords and phrases that people searched for in Google (or any search engine for that matter) that led them to your site.

Moreover it can tell you which keywords actually led to users doing something useful on your site: buying a product, filling out a contact form or downloading some product information. In this way it can help you develop your marketing campaigns and content so that your website becomes as efficient at turning visitors into leads/customers as possible.

We've got bags of experience with Google Analytics and can help you get the most out of this fantastic free tool.
